Up-and-coming software with great support
The timely support from ProBuilder has been truly impressive, and especially at their highly competitive price.
PROSThe Gantt chart is a very useful tool for scheduling and rearranging. Communicating schedules to subs is efficient, and doesn't have some of the over-communication pitfalls of similar programs. Daily logs have all the features I need: Photos, searchable text, talk-to-text, etc.
CONSThere were some areas for improvement when I first started using the software, however I brought these deficiencies to ProBuilder's attention, and they were addressed. To that end, I presently have no complaints about the software.
Reasons for switching to ProBuilder Online
Their price was more competitive, and the pricing structure made more sense for our business than the other program we were using. Further, trades and subs weren't willing to use the other program because it was too intrusive with unnecessary communication. This seems to be solving that issue.

Good now with great potential
Great program for the money and the customer service is fantastic - I will continue using this software and I look forward to new features and improvements.

ProBuilder Online: A construction project management software
I would have used a general purpose project management tool as it is not worth investing in a dedicated software for managing small construction projects. Maybe when the projects get into a larger scale then this software investment would be justified.
PROSI used ProBuilder for remodeling my home and it provided nice progress tracking and cost estimate features.
CONSFaithfully this could have been managed using general-purpose project management tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or even the online click it project management tool.

Great for Scheduling!
The ProBuilder Software is helping me keep daily job schedules organized and is easily readable. I am able to make changes easily when needing to adjust the schedule.
PROSI was looking for a software that I could use to schedule my crews out daily and on several different jobs. With ProBuilder Online, I am able to do this.
CONSThe one area that needs to be worked on is that I have to refresh the page or go to the next weeks schedule and then come back to the week I am on to see the changes I have made to the weekly schedule. It does not automatically populate the new information after I save it in the project.
Reason for choosing ProBuilder Online
The help I received from Regan was extremely helpful. When we talked he was able to show me that what I was looking for was exactly what ProBuilder software was able to achieve for me.
