### Pros

"ProContractor when it works correctly, and everything integrates properly - is a useful program. Since it has the ability to hold all invoices within the program it helps to find invoices promptly."

"It has helped us properly analyze indirect costs and overhead to push that information into our bids and ensure we are bidding profitable work."

"We also do several prevailing wage jobs each year and the ease of use and setup in the system is key to helping us stay in compliance. Plus, we are able to upload directly using the XML format into the DIR Site, saving tons of time."

### Cons

"Price increases and service, reliability has plummeted. "

"Estimating (that I don't use) The ability to move estimates into Purchase Orders (that I do not use) The ability to upload pay applications from GC into PC to fill out (This was not true - actually requires a lot of money to pay someone to create a Pay App that I would be about to use with PC billing)"

"Since the last update there have been glitches within the payment section, and glitches and calculation errors with zero reason behind them when running union reports. If these issues could be corrected, and everything working as it should, ProContractor would be well worth the money spent."
