- Value for money: 4.1/5
- Functionality: 4.3/5

### Rating distribution

- 3 stars: 125 reviews (5%)
- 2 stars: 10 reviews (0%)
- 1 star: 22 reviews (1%)

### Most mentioned pros

- Procore makes it easier to manage construction projects by keeping drawings, RFIs, submittals, and communication organized in one place, which improves coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Its robust Features include advanced document management with version control, real-time RFI tracking, and a "ball in court" system that ensures accountability across teams.
- To mitigate the learning curve associated with such a powerful tool, Procore provides world-class Customer Support, including a vast knowledge base, Procore Certification courses, and responsive live assistance to help teams get up to speed quickly.

### Most mentioned cons

- An example is the photos tab - used to have pages, but now is just an endless scroll which makes it hard to find specific photos without having to scroll for hours.
- The most common criticism of Procore is its Value for Money. Because the software is priced based on a firm's total annual construction volume rather than per-user, the cost can be prohibitively high for smaller or mid-sized firms.
- There is not really a good SOV option which makes team collaboration difficult because on person does not know what another person has billed for ect.

### Great Organization and Data transfer with Procore

My overall experience with Procore has been very positive because it creates a clear, organized way to manage construction projects from start to finish. It improves communication by keeping RFIs, submittals, drawings, photos, daily logs, and punch items in one place, which reduces confusion and prevents important details from getting lost in emails or texts. I found it especially useful for tracking responsibility and status, since it’s easy to see what’s pending, who owns the next step, and what needs attention. Procore also supports strong collaboration between the field and the office, making it easier to document progress in real time and keep teams aligned. While it can take some time to learn and set up correctly, the long-term benefits in efficiency, transparency, and accountability make it a valuable tool.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Procore is how it centralizes the entire construction project into one platform that’s actually usable in the field. Instead of relying on scattered emails, spreadsheets, and paper drawings, Procore keeps RFIs, submittals, drawings, punch lists, daily logs, photos, and change events organized in one place so everyone works from the same source of truth. The biggest benefit is visibility and accountability. It’s easy to see what’s pending, what’s overdue, and who owns the next step, which helps prevent small issues from turning into major delays or cost impacts. I also appreciate how well it connects the office and the jobsite—superintendents can document progress quickly, teams can communicate updates in real time, and project managers can track decisions without chasing information.

#### Cons

What I liked least about Procore was that it can feel heavy and overly complex for smaller projects or teams that don’t need every feature. The platform is powerful, but that also means there’s a learning curve, and new users can get overwhelmed by the number of tools, menus, and settings. Sometimes workflows require too many clicks, especially for quick field updates. I also found that standardization depends heavily on how a company sets it up—if permissions, naming conventions, and processes aren’t consistent, things can get messy fast. In some cases, reporting and dashboards can be limited without additional configuration or integrations. Finally, cost can be a downside, since Procore may not be the most budget-friendly option for every contractor or project size.

Overall I am use Procore everyday I work. The drawings tool and ability to organize your RFIs and Submittals to share with Subcontractors is amazing. Depending on how much you want to use it in the field you can us it to collect contractor documents but that will have to be either through the daily log tool or the submittals to.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

As a person who uses both her computer and I-pad everyday Procore is great to use as I can take photos in app on my I-pad in the field and then go to my desk and review those same photos for reports. Other pros for Procore is the ability to overlay drawings on the I-pad. It makes reviewing changes from each set easier. If you would like to generate templates for reports the report tool can give you some options.

#### Cons

The Procore cost management tool can be clunky when I was using. I know that Procore was working in it but the budget tool also falls under this area. The procurement tool is also not existent and its just a after thought in the submittals tool.

I do not subscribe to ProCore so I cannot speak on its value for money. We are a subcontractor that uses it on an invite basis from GCs. We use it for plan viewing, billing and submittals. It is easy see submittals and manage compliance tasks. I have not had much experience with customer support as any issue that I have had has just been a lack of knowledge on the platform rather than an actual issue.

I like that ProCore can be used by all GC companies and it is easy to navigate between GCs and projects.

If you are running any type of construction project, then this is a must-own resource. The product is so easy to use that I'm sure most 4th graders could teach anyone how to use. If you don't have a teacher then you can get Procore Certified through their do-as-you-please training videos that can be accessed within the product. You can access your project plans, to do lists, progress reports, anything project related from any computer/phone/tab. The guys on the job can never have an excuse for not having current plans because of it's all there at your fingertips.

It knows which one is most current and makes it easily accessible. Change orders are simply. Unlimited cloud storage. Communication is so smooth and everyone gets notified. So many tools within Procore that just make managing your project easier.

#### Cons

Procore is great software to integrate all construction process. We can upload image files and PDF files to relevant location. The best benefit of Procore is core integration. I used this program when I worked as a QS. I can quickly chase up the programme and budget. Budget chasing and follow up the programme is critical for QS. Also, the uploading PDF function greatly reduces time for searching documents separately.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 3/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5

#### Pros

The best function of Procore is the uploading PDF files at relevant area. It helps to reduce time to searching for documents separately. Also, on-site workers also use this software with their mobile phone. Then they can quickly upload site photos or report builders working hours automatically. I could check the total finance directly through budget tab. We can easily compare the total budget and actual cost.

#### Cons

When we upload PDF files or image files, some times the system clashed due to the large size of the documents. It takes time to refresh.
