Billing and Invoicing is super easy, Business Intelligence reports are great, Customer information management is well done, Staff scheduling and routing with the GPS tracking is a good way to tell true time ETA and staffs hours.
A bit clunky in the user portals, takes massive amounts of time for users to get used to the product and where things are located.
