It was a very useful tool for book keeping and budgeting. Great customer service support too. I enjoyed some of the keyword features and ability to edit if needed. Keeping track of accounts payable and receivable was very smooth with this program. No incentive was offered Be extremely careful with their trials. The person on their customer support line told me incorrect information which basically wasted my entire trial. I signed up for the quickbooks live trial did not realize that there would be no availability for appointments. At the advice of their support team, I signed up for an appointment in the future, but when it came time for the appointment, they canceled on me because my trial was over. Ridicules to offer a trial that does not even provide access to the service that is being trial. Upon talking with their support later, they said they are unable to reinstate my trial.
