I really like that I can use it on my laptop or phone and switch between the two, plus the job-costing feature is fantastic.

This integrates great with TSheets it allows you to work through all the time cards with ease and get people paid on time.

Integration to Quickbooks is very good once setup properly. Service is fantastic although they can't fix it if the software itself is the issue.

This is the easiest program, it makes your job so easy and the customer service is outstanding. You can call anytime and they will walk you through anything you want to do.

Its ease of use and ability to integrate with Quickbooks as well as payroll services is a huge plus.

It has been great being able to clock in and out from my phone and keeping track of my pto and holiday pay. Overall experience has been amazing.

Overall TSheets has done a good job to save our time and maintain records. We are over all satisfied with the job.

That being said, it is more of a personal annoyance to me than a hindrance and I would not let this be a game stopper for anyone.

We have been using Quickbooks times for many years now. It helps us create the employee schedules as well track their time on specific tasks which improves our billing process.

Some features can be added, e.g. California meal violation premium pay and Meal waiver (so there is no premium pay).

The Tsheets makes it easy for the employees, supervisor and accounting departments to report hours, collect facts and track projects, but overall this is a good software to have at a great price.

Customer support service has been a wonderful help with answering all my tsheet help needs.

When T-Sheets ran their own customer service center, they were absolutely wonderful. Quick to respond, always helpful and had answers.

I was not able to use TSheets long enough to find a downside. We had to cancel as a result of losing our hourly employees during the COVID crisis.

The user interface is not the most intuitive, and sometimes it is easy to miss when you have input the wrong phase for a billable period.

Since I have to complain, I would say that some of the windows and sub windows scroll in odd ways and are sometimes difficult to scroll through.

Ease of use with the QuickBooks Time helps with time tracking for all employees, making payroll easy.

Our accountant also love the ease in reporting. The biggest plus - we are now able to accurately price our packages based off historical labor hours thanks to T-sheets.

This is more of a failure of staff than the product, but is something that should not be dismissed.

Problems we have been/are currently experiencing. One employee has been unable to log into the app, can only do so through email.

The thing I liked most about the software is that it comes with very friendly customer support. Its the same quality that I love about Go Daddy.

Is has so many benefits that has already been impressive to review, geo-fencing for when subbies get on-site and can track there time in and out.

I quit using T-Sheets because Intuit is so terrible at customer service.

The only bad thing about this software was the account features in which it frequently asked you to reset your password about every 4 months.

The time off notification confused the users sometimes, when the admin changes the time off info, it should not send the notification to user, the user will get confused when did I do that.

Overall I really like TSheets, and I have been considering changing from Ebillity. The integration with QuickBooks, ease of use, and great features are the total package.

I love the Quickbooks time. Very easy to use and even has a tracking feature.

I dislike the effort it takes to switch projects views, that I can't have the option to permanently pin the folder tree to my toolbar.

We could zoom into construction blueprints & docs which has good clarity. What appealed to us the most is that we worked from the jobsite and all team members were on the same page.

It is very easy to upload, manage and send files to clients and subcontractors. It is also awesome that it OCR's plans and specs for you.

This has to be the absolute worst plan sharing software I have ever had the displeasure to use.

You cannot copy and paste a hyperlink shape or destination. It is time-consuming and annoying to link documents together.

I like the ability to be sift through different projects from the one tab at the top quickly and easily.

Skysite is easy to navigate and easy to use to share construction drawings with others.

Has delayed adding content and fixing errors. Rather cumbersome learning curve for users especially learning all functions of skysite.

I like that in theory, you can share all your plans with the subcontractors.

When you leave a message for a support agent, someone typically gets back to you quickly and the customer service people are friendly and helpful. They seem receptive to constructive feedback.

The document management and the ability to upload and save different file types are great. We received training very promptly from the local Skysite customer service staff.

I dislike the search or filter feature that it doesn't retrieve documents efficiently or sort them by relevance and hard for users to search.

I have used this site for two projects and have had great success.

Vendor was quick in opening an account for us. They set up a monthly billing process and did not ask for a credit card.

SKYSITE has a very simple & user friendly interface which made it easy for us to use. What we particularly liked was that it helped us to upload and download all documents with an excellent speed.

Once uploaded, it can't be moved and is very cumbersome if you make a mistake. When dealing with plans over 500 pages, the system bogs down and hard to send links easily.

This software comes with features like auto-sync, auto-hyperlink, and powerful search helped me take over a number of document management task with absolute ease.

I like being able to save downloaded files to staff's email or other internal folders. All fields feature allow me to search by various fields.

Some of our contractors have had trouble getting into the link and call us. We have forwarded them to your IT dept.

The worst thing about this software is that, the desktop synchronization app does not keep plans updated, The mobile phone app is useless.
