Due to the ease of use of this product, the entire team that now does Daily Reports does them quickly and easily and most important they do them DAILY because of this great product.

There has not been any issues or problems with the software that has stood out to me. Only thing I've had trouble with in the past has been pictures uploading sideways.

The pros of this software are the synchronicity and ease of implementation with other software. Several of our other vital programs are able to link to Raken and so that is our favorite part about it.

The app keeps logging my guys out & they have problems logging back in. I am having problems getting my reports.

This is a good piece of software for small to mid size contractors. It allows easy tracking of time and costs allocated to a project, and can help keep you on track to maintain profitability.

Simple is good, very good. Please don't screw it up.

Its great, easy-to-understand interface makes it easy to track and track tasks and adds much to your perfect report creation.

Unfortunately it is missing some key features that I needed. You are not able to customize the reports enough for our use.

On the desktop, we frequently got error messages saying an internal error has occurred. This never happened once on mobiles.

Love that we can customize our cost codes and track prevailing wage classifications. Our field guys are notified their time cards are ready and it is very easy for them to go in an approve.

Our company loves this app its been great for the field guys and the fact it tracks hours is a plus. Customer service is great.

I dislike having to scroll to find my subcontractors on my jobsite everyday.

Simple Interface,  focused functionality makes it simple. Great to help keep record of conversations with subs and document safety concerns.

Being able to have them all in one location is nice. Also, sending out daily reports to other people that need to see them is a great feature.

The best feature of this app is the ease of use for all of our foremen. The speak-to-text works great, and uploading pictures are simple.

This program is easy to use for some of our staff who is not tech friendly. The ease of this program works for our field.

Owners love the Super Daily. Weekly & monthly reports are great ways to keep management involved.

Our safety consultants are able to save report writing time by using Raken on their smartphone or tablets  which saves our clients money. We love the Raken report and its professional product.

Depending on network coverage using from your phone can be negative. When you go into the photo app you can't see the dates photos were taking making it difficult to select correct date range.

No CC on emails to copy someone in. No option for a clearance certificate.

Ease of use, and integrates perfect with our accounting programme and the staff are always on hand to help.

Scheduling jobs, quoting & invoicing & integration to MYOB are amazing.

My clients love the ability to accept the quotes online and get reminders if they have chosen an option.

This leads to problems for quotations and billing. It almost renders the quotation part of the software redundant for us.

A price book has now been loaded to allow for ease of quotations and invoicing, great that it links into MYOB.

What I like the most is Money management and Trade Management. The support obtained is necessary and helps me grow in Trading.

No more missed items that should of been billed out. Instant invoicing from the van.

We have had a great amount of success with Tradify not only with scheduling but and increase in efficiency across the board.

For some reason I enjoy adding items to my price list but then I know that item is just a click away from a quote or invoice.

When you send a quotation to a customer they can except the quote through the email and the Tradify notify me they have accepted it. This is a great app and I would recommend it.

Integration with MYOB is simple and clear. Constantly being reviewed and made better, with added features.

I can't think of any features that are really missing. Personally I don't make much use of the scheduling system.

From when we first started using the product, excellent training, great customer service throughout, does exactly what we need in this product.

Once the quotes are accepted you can create a job, schedule it in and assign it to a worker in quick succession.

Its changed my business and improved it for the better.

There is a definite improvement from what we moved from but there are a number of issues from an admin perspective that cannot be done.

Have a couple of things that are frustrating as per my statement in cons.

Is too expensive as you need to pay per user. Costing me double the price of servicem8 but they are identical software.

The menus are pretty straight forward, setting up was not too long.

It works well [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was very helpful and could easily log in and sort issues out for us.

The seamless integration with Xero is faultless, often a sticking point with integrated apps.

Easy to use, simple format, dashboard has useful info, help desk awesome, fast to reply and helpful.
