Due to the ease of use of this product, the entire team that now does Daily Reports does them quickly and easily and most important they do them DAILY because of this great product.

There has not been any issues or problems with the software that has stood out to me. Only thing I've had trouble with in the past has been pictures uploading sideways.

The pros of this software are the synchronicity and ease of implementation with other software. Several of our other vital programs are able to link to Raken and so that is our favorite part about it.

The app keeps logging my guys out & they have problems logging back in. I am having problems getting my reports.

This is a good piece of software for small to mid size contractors. It allows easy tracking of time and costs allocated to a project, and can help keep you on track to maintain profitability.

Simple is good, very good. Please don't screw it up.

Its great, easy-to-understand interface makes it easy to track and track tasks and adds much to your perfect report creation.

Unfortunately it is missing some key features that I needed. You are not able to customize the reports enough for our use.

On the desktop, we frequently got error messages saying an internal error has occurred. This never happened once on mobiles.

Love that we can customize our cost codes and track prevailing wage classifications. Our field guys are notified their time cards are ready and it is very easy for them to go in an approve.

Our company loves this app its been great for the field guys and the fact it tracks hours is a plus. Customer service is great.

I dislike having to scroll to find my subcontractors on my jobsite everyday.

Simple Interface,  focused functionality makes it simple. Great to help keep record of conversations with subs and document safety concerns.

Being able to have them all in one location is nice. Also, sending out daily reports to other people that need to see them is a great feature.

The best feature of this app is the ease of use for all of our foremen. The speak-to-text works great, and uploading pictures are simple.

Owners love the Super Daily. Weekly & monthly reports are great ways to keep management involved.

Our safety consultants are able to save report writing time by using Raken on their smartphone or tablets  which saves our clients money. We love the Raken report and its professional product.

Depending on network coverage using from your phone can be negative. When you go into the photo app you can't see the dates photos were taking making it difficult to select correct date range.

Pain in the backside really. Ended up getting the principle contractors rep to do the uploading and managing.

Defects module was a bit slow to use. Creating new defects need to be streamlined.

It allows easy access in identification of all aspects of Facilities management ,providing a valuable input into meeting requirements for budget forecasting and asset prevention.

I have had a great experience with OmTrak a reps, the service is great and they are always around to help if you have any questions or issues.

Great customer support and end user was happy with the outcome.

Probably more powerful if I invested more time in understanding it.

I found OmTrak so easy to use, when inputting information of the project I was working the help was always there.

These are often incomplete and it is frustrating to get responses from contractors when portions of manuals are rejected.

Overall experience is ok. Could have been much better if we had proper training on how to use the system before we were 6months into the job.

We utilise Omtrak for the ease of completion of our end user manuals. It makes the completion and approval seamless.

You had to have an account to take the defect photos rather than multi engineers then uploading to a single account after the site inspection.

OmTrak has given us the opportunity to streamline the O&M Manual delivery and has saved a lot of  follow up queries from building owners after project handover.

No all end users believe the software is Defence complaint.

I liked the old asset base used at LCCH. Much easier to find and edit assets.

Project content is adequate and accessibility is good. Ability for building owners to store and access building and maintenance issues is of high value.

OmTrak has limited search function that's inconvenient to use.

Forward planning of budgets  assisting asset prevention  to ensuring facilities are able to meet research requirements.

We could open Omtrack and get an almost immediate response. I was very pleased with the simplicity.

We had over 45000 defects and probably 100k accompanying photos which slowed the system towards the end of the job.

There customer support is very good, straight onto any emails raised.

This software is very easy to use and the support was great.

Ease of use, very fast customer service (we're constantly reacting to subbies needs in the field and Omtrak are all over this). Flexibility of exporting and ease of information received.

Allows for all assets to be tracked. Useful for large projects with 1000's of maintainable assets.

The only times the documents are included is when Omtrak burn the hard disks at the very end. Understanding the error reports within Omtrak can be confusing.

Software is also a bit slow when jumping between sections. The USB provided on handover is hard to navigate as the folders are not labeled with a description.

Easy to use, good user interface that is intuitive.

Omtrak was used by our team and the building contractors. It was used for identifying defects and reporting to the builder for rectifications.
