  • Pros

  • Our owners love the effective communication that the daily report offers. I personally love how easy it is for our team to use.
  • The pros of this software are the synchronicity and ease of implementation with other software. Several of our other vital programs are able to link to Raken and so that is our favorite part about it.
  • Cons

  • There has not been any issues or problems with the software that has stood out to me. Only thing I've had trouble with in the past has been pictures uploading sideways.
  • The app keeps logging my guys out & they have problems logging back in. I am having problems getting my reports.

  • It allows easy access in identification of all aspects of Facilities management ,providing a valuable input into meeting requirements for budget forecasting and asset prevention.
  • I found OmTrak so easy to use, when inputting information of the project I was working the help was always there.
  • Cons

  • Defects module was a bit slow to use. Creating new defects need to be streamlined.
  • You had to have an account to take the defect photos rather than multi engineers then uploading to a single account after the site inspection.
