- You can manage all your job costs in this software and it has a great integration with QuickBooks Online. It is very easy to use and provides a lot of project management functionality.
- It is an all in one project correspondence to customer, accounting, subcontractors, and suppliers. I like its user friendly built and its professional look on their templates.
Cons
- It takes us about 30 minutes to set up a project and it's really inefficient (and frustrating) the way it is set up now.
- Too convoluted; no local support; no real training other than videos, subs didn't respond, not for people who don't like computers (my superintendents are very old school).
Pros
- It's intuitive interface permits a wide variety of users to utilize it. Customer support is very responsive and eager to help users.
- This software is very easy to use and understand. It helps everyone get a visual of what's going on with the project in the way that is very effective.
Cons
- The programs needs a better visual identity. The colors schemes get unwieldy when the workflow gets elaborate, so its ugly and hard to follow.
- That there are no email notifications of completed tasks, tasks coming up or missed tasks.
