You can manage all your job costs in this software and it has a great integration with QuickBooks Online. It is very easy to use and provides a lot of project management functionality.

It is an all in one project correspondence to customer, accounting, subcontractors, and suppliers. I like its user friendly built and its professional look on their templates.

The training is key to success. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase after doing a great deal of research and love the customer service.

The formatting of the documents for printing is very bad - light blue and gray fonts don’t print or copy well. It also is formatted such that it uses a lot of paper to print and could be condensed.

It also has the affordability that smaller businesses will be able to utilize this application as an advantage.

The Progress Reports and the ability to capture photo's and upload them from the mobile app is also a great feature. Billing through RT is quick and easy.

I like the most with this product is that it is really helpful when estimating the job cost of our project.

WorkflowMax was a good tool for the needs of the company. It is however lacking in terms of visualision of reports and data.

It's great for timing tasks and has a great customer support as well.

The ability to calculate and manage task time automatically without having people try to manually work out their hours is very helpful.

It really takes time to master the software. What I find also confusing is that you can add returns for individuals under the company account where they are owners or shareholders.

We use WFM for project management and timesheet management. It's easy to use and for managing small projects, it is a great product.

All in all an extremely good, cost effective solution that integrates well with Xero and all of our clients are always happy with the solution.

Reporting is clunky an non-intuitive. Extra features in the premium version are seriously overpriced.

Overall we really like it. It is perfect for a small business with limited needs.

Any quotation with more than a dozen lines become hard to follow.

Easy to use, haven't had any big issues and good way to keep track.

Integration with Xero is really the biggest benefit... also their estimate-to-invoice system is pretty good.

Custom reports are great. It kept us on track with schedules.

The support is terrible, reports are clunky at times and you need to pay extra to unlock half decent reports.

Their helpdesk is awesome, and always friendly. The layout of the invoices is really clean and tidy.
