I first signed up on their SalesRabbit lead tool of which if I knew now how it would go, I probably would have never signed up with Rooflink. I have not been impressed with their other tool being SalesRabbit as they are literally the exact opposite of how I feel Rooflink is. We were able to seamlessly incorporate our contracts, service requests, material order forms, all company forms etc. into Rooflink and tag information to fit exactly where it is needed. It allows us to create custom workflows that meet our needs, instead of what a developer who has never done our job thinks we need. The customer support team is awesome and switching to Roof.link has saved us substantial money over our previous software, Acculynx. Cons: There's not much to dislike, but if I was going to knit pick one thing it would be to make the search feature more robust. Reasons for switching to ROOFLINK The never ending price increases and the introduction of features that I did not care about. Their customer service was almost non-existent. It also has integrations with other software tools like Quickbooks for accounting. Cons: Customer support can be better but it's a great product/service.
