She setup a wonderful proposal template for each manufacturer, integrated our catalog, and walked us through each feature on Zoom calls. They string me along with statements that they will call me to resolve the issue and never do(2months of this). The setup is pretty easy to complete and its pretty much plug-n-play after that. I liked the quick turnaround for the reports to come in, it makes giving quotes and estimates just that much easier. #### Cons There have been a few time where the estimation was slightly above or below what the true measurements were, but there will always be some shadow of error when it comes to satellite. I have had no problems with bugs or internal issues with the site.
