- I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.
- User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.
Cons
- The waiting time to speak with a Rep. This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.
- Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.
Pros
- The user interface is a lot easier. Uploading files and adding clients/team members is significantly better.
- Also, the client portal will be helpful. They have been very helpful in trying to help us get the software integrated into our business.
Cons
- Don't really have any dislikes. My only complaint is that I waited too long to do the integration between my software programs.
- Customer service is crap. Features break down all the time and they are no help at getting them fixed.
