Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It has excellent job costing capabilities; I like the modify forms and the large choices of reports. Sage is excellent help on the phone when needed. The annual conference is awesome!

  • Easy to learn Smooth flow from estimating budget to project cost control Just enough functions, nothing bloated. Good Value

  • Cons

  • There are some limitations that can't be done, but there are work around it as well. Quite a pricey software that needs support and maintenance as patches are occasionally needed

  • Navigation could be better, it is customizable, but still need to put in effort. No real field support, only good for office usage.

  • Pros

  • User friendly. Works very well. I log onto it every morning and work with it all day every day. Awesome product. Mary Heinz is FABULOUS

  • It does a lot of accounting needs. I guess if you really need all those steps this would be a great system. But not for a smaller company.

  • Cons

  • The digital take is great it just still needs more fine tuning. at least for me anyway.

  • While major issues get corrected in a timely manor there are a number of smaller issues that affect the program that seem to get pushed down the "pecking list" and never seem to get resolved.
