  • I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.
  • User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.
  • Cons

  • The waiting time to speak with a Rep. This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.
  • Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

  • Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.
  • It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).
  • Cons

  • What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.
  • The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.
