- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- And the built in rendering tools are awesome as well, the result is more than enough to be used for project presentation.
- It's safe to say VectorWorks is at the top of their game when it comes to architectural design.

- This is a pain as when it is needed across the office the dongle has to be physically passed over. We would prefer an online based license moving system.
- Because of the limited use of this program in some markets, collaborating with others can be difficult.
