Considering the staff they accused was on site with my husband working at the time, with her phone in the car, I know it wasn't her.

Confused the team and was a tedious pain to find & remove them all. I reported and also asked if we could have these jobs removed from our billing as we're on a legacy pay per job plan.

Since this is an online field software program, occasionally the techs have problems figuring out what to email the customer when they are out in the field from their iPads.

Great software , I have not had any real problems.

Our franchise likes the product. I registered prior to them getting the franchise edition.

Not been able to talk to tech support everything is done via chat which can be a pain, the suggestion needs to be where you can more than 3 suggestions.

This has to be the best start up business system yet, simply the best way to conduct a small business at an affordable price.

Just so many advantages of having everything accessible in one place. Just need to get some forms integrated so they can be accessed electronically onsite and that will save more paper & time.

Love this software, and the help desk is very helpful. There is a great library of help information too.

Ease of use and it has great features that don't cost a fortune when compared to other services on the market today.

Hard to say: Its super easy to use, has all the features we already used and more. Stable, powerful and integrates into QBO and emails seamlessly.

The mapping features amazing. My ability to look over the large service area that we cover and see where jobs are is a great tool for us to improve our routes and become more efficient.

This App is awesome, really great features. I love the Map, where it guides me , notifies customer.

The user interface is a lot easier. Uploading files and adding clients/team members is significantly better.

Also, the client portal will be helpful. They have been very helpful in trying to help us get the software integrated into our business.

I like how the software is very easy to use. I have not been on the team long, but have been able to quickly catch up because of how simple and effortless it can be to run a project.

Don't really have any dislikes. My only complaint is that I waited too long to do the integration between my software programs.

What I like most about the UDA software is that it Is exceptionally easy to use.

We heard that the customer service was good, and even at this early implementation stage, we have found it to be exceptional.

Customer service is crap. Features break down all the time and they are no help at getting them fixed.

I am setting it up to integrate properly with our Quickbooks software through the Socket function, and I really enjoy how the two connect.

If this warning could pop up every time, I wouldn't need to then re-scroll down to the files I just added and delete duplicates.

We had fraud on our account so our card was blocked and our account suspended. We called our rep and gave her our new card number and she put us back in business.

Take time to figure out what you need, where you are struggling, and where your current set up is failing you. Try to put a dollar value on that.

I can put in a invoice for a job, and then my other two coworkers can look at it when they have time. Win was super helpful with me yesterday.

Will keep using it and see. If i had to choose something it would be the lack of customizability of the job reporting forms.

I like the integration capabilities with Quickbooks, it's very easy to use. I also really enjoy the estimate templates and cost code set up.

My experience is great due to the product and, in part with the amazing customer service, second to none.

This makes the likelihood of proper use by our guys in the field highly unlikely, which could be worse than if we don't use GamePlan at all.

They're honest and want to build true win win relationships. All my reps have all been fantastic.
