Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love everything about this program. It has everything I need to build a call and send to specific employees. It allows me to help keep track of what I’ve done on each job

  • I love how easy my follow up tab is and all of the ways that I can sort through customers and jobs.

  • Cons

  • The cost is a bit high, but a necessary evil. Reasonable value for the price. Constantly evolving so this makes a up a bit for the price

  • I wish it was more Sales friendly for the salesmen at my company and measuring their numbers. But as the name states, Service Titan is great for that all on the service/install end.

  • Pros

  • We are using this product for a long period of time and this product helps us to improves a lot of things in our team this product is AWESOME!

  • Ease of use, The visuals are great, very good for co-ordination

  • Cons

  • This would be a minor complaint given the features mentioned above, but the interface is somewhat clunky. However, the product serves its purpose well.

  • 1. As its cloud-based, it may sometimes be showing slow and stop working 2. Recovery time is a little bit slow rather than the market competitor. 3. Customer service are good but so friendly.
