Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love everything about this program. It has everything I need to build a call and send to specific employees. It allows me to help keep track of what I’ve done on each job

  • I love how easy my follow up tab is and all of the ways that I can sort through customers and jobs.

  • Cons

  • The cost is a bit high, but a necessary evil. Reasonable value for the price. Constantly evolving so this makes a up a bit for the price

  • I wish it was more Sales friendly for the salesmen at my company and measuring their numbers. But as the name states, Service Titan is great for that all on the service/install end.

  • Pros

  • User friendly. Works very well. I log onto it every morning and work with it all day every day. Awesome product. Mary Heinz is FABULOUS

  • It does a lot of accounting needs. I guess if you really need all those steps this would be a great system. But not for a smaller company.

  • Cons

  • The digital take is great it just still needs more fine tuning. at least for me anyway.

  • While major issues get corrected in a timely manor there are a number of smaller issues that affect the program that seem to get pushed down the "pecking list" and never seem to get resolved.
