  • Pros

  • User friendly - a tutorial and a few times using it and usage becomes smooth. We also love the support team.
  • I like that it is easy to use, and I am able to find what I am looking for very quickly.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the system has some lag time and trouble uploading some of the paperwork.
  • Not much to say here but that it is not designed specifically for fire protection companies so we had to customize to our processes.

  • Another feature I like a lot is the Favorites Bar. Spectrum is very broad and the Favorites Bar makes it very easy to quickly assess certain features of Spectrum that are specific to your role.
  • It's practical, there are a lot of short cuts that can be used like starring your favorite menus items. The reporting options are great.
  • Cons

  • We are either forced to switch to the cloud and pay a significantly higher price each year or miss out on all of the new features of Spectrum.
  • Customer support is very frustrating and does not provide timely assistance.
