SimpleBuild is a cloud-based construction project management solution designed for small to midsize custom home builders and renovators.
SimpleBuild features a standard suite of construction applications, including project management, scheduling, bid management, punch lists and document management. The scheduling application allows users to monitor the status of all of their ongoing projects, and send email or text notifications to their subcontractors.
Users can create a custom web portal for clients, allowing them to monitor the project’s status and make change requests and approvals. Users can also bid out jobs to subcontractors and award or reject the received bids all at once.
SimpleBuild is available as an annual subscription, perpetual license or per project, “pay-as-you-go” plan. It works on both Windows and Mac computers, as well as smartphones.
