SimpleBuild is a cloud-based construction project management solution designed for small to midsize custom home builders and renovators.
SimpleBuild features a standard suite of construction applications, including project management, scheduling, bid management, punch lists and document management. The scheduling application allows users to monitor the status of all of their ongoing projects, and send email or text notifications to their subcontractors.
Users can create a custom web portal for clients, allowing them to monitor the project’s status and make change requests and approvals. Users can also bid out jobs to subcontractors and award or reject the received bids all at once.
SimpleBuild is available as an annual subscription, perpetual license or per project, “pay-as-you-go” plan. It works on both Windows and Mac computers, as well as smartphones.

Ease of use. The support and training was offered by a real life builder that understood some of our issues in getting started. Being able to speak with a US based support person 24/7 was also key due to the fact I keep crazy hours and want answers now as opposed to later.
There's no onsite training. Getting my people together in front of a PC is difficult.
I should have done this awhile ago. The punch list feature alone saves me hours per job site. We have no trouble in getting out our bids, and scheduling has helped avoid costly errors. The fact is we now have a signature trail for all selections and change orders and nothing falls through the cracks.
