An easy to use and all encompassing project management tool
How Sitemax shares daily job reports has allowed everyone from the company president, to project support personal to have clear insights into every project. It has helped raise the bar on what is shared. The bank of safety and operational forms has limited the paper forms held on site and again we now know these are been completed.
PROSVery easy to use compared to similar products. Extremely customizable - especially in the job forms. The existing job forms are wide ranging and very detailed.
CONSThe only issue we have had, is the very rare case of not been able to get into the software in a remote construction site setting - but this could be more related to internet access at the time.

Going into this process we had a list of must have and like to haves, a lot of this based on our previous experience with PM software. SiteMax ticked all our boxes
Reasons for switching to SiteMax Systems
Cost and the process or renewing Procore was far from pleasant. Also didn't use all of Procore's features.

A great program for any growing organization.
Great team and support structure that works with their clients to create a product that meets the needs of clients and the rest of industry.
PROSThe variety of functionalities that this program provides at this price point is excellent.
CONSMinor background bugs are occasionally missed with updates on less used systems. These sometimes cause unintended functionalities in the program. The team always works as quickly as possible to resolve these minor inconveniences.

This program had too many features we had no use for and price tag far exceeding our needs.

SiteMax had more features at a close price that made the transition not only possible but necessary.

Excellent, But Needs Would Be Better if Added Estimating
It is great, easy to use and awesome support team.
PROSIt is easy to use and learn for everyone in the company. The form creator and adjusting premade forms is simple and they look great.
CONSThey need to add estimating so that the project can start being tracked right from the time a quote is accepted.

Solid Construction Management Software
- Overall good experience - Their customer service and their assistance is fantastic
PROS- Great customer service - Always working on improving software - Easy-to-use software - Relatively simple implementation - Very receptive to customer requests
CONS- Not entirely setup for outside Trade user integration - Lack of customization in some aspects of the software ( project user homepages)

Simple and effective interface for all employees regardless of technological skills!
Communication between the project team in the field and management in the office. Punch List items between on PM and the subcontractors. Keeping the owner abreast of the status of the punch list items.
PROSEase of use. Simple to learn. Great way to organize a project.
CONSWe struggle to use effectively when there is poor cell service or no internet available.
