It is an anchor. All the teams refer to it. In our core meetings the host uses the live binder to enter in updates.- Level of details: Every aspect of our project/binder can be found in the Live Binder. Smartsheets capability to be able to capture all aspect is what makes it so useful. #### Cons I don't like the long rows. They are too long and I can not see all info in one view. It's easy to find everything you need to manage your project and your documents. As a subcontractor doint business with different contractors, I don't want to use complicated applications. Having the option to create a live drawing that a full construction site can view from a site trailer or their own personal computer/iPad reduces questions that need to be asked. #### Cons Inability to view drawings without an internet connection. The ability to download the drawings with all mark ups onto an iPad or other tablet should be an option so you can bring it on site and have access to everything in your hand. #### Vendor response SmartUse offers an offline mode that allows the users to have access to their plan wherever they are.
