This is a great tool to get an understanding on what a realistic expectation on a site would be. Having a visual representation of a building is not only a great way to understand a specific site, but also build on my conceptual knowledge. #### Cons While Testfit is great in many ways, there are some minor glitches/crashes (which have gotten noticeably less prominent over the last few months). There are always feature additions that could be helpful, and Testfit has done a great job at adapting to demands, and making existing processes better. #### Vendor response Thanks very much for taking the time to review. We reviewed the software several years ago and at that time it was not robust enough. I'm very impressed with the major upgrades made the last year. Those changes have made the software a great choice for predevelopment design. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros The ability to generate multiple site plans very efficiency and quantify unit counts, mix, load factor, and parking is extremely useful. #### Cons The software can have difficulty creating floor plans for small urban sites with unique lot sizes.
