This is a great tool to get an understanding on what a realistic expectation on a site would be. Having a visual representation of a building is not only a great way to understand a specific site, but also build on my conceptual knowledge. Cons: While Testfit is great in many ways, there are some minor glitches/crashes (which have gotten noticeably less prominent over the last few months). There are always feature additions that could be helpful, and Testfit has done a great job at adapting to demands, and making existing processes better. I'm very impressed with the major upgrades made the last year. Those changes have made the software a great choice for predevelopment design. Cons: The software can have difficulty creating floor plans for small urban sites with unique lot sizes. In these cases we will manually generate the floor plans.
