The user interface is a lot easier. Uploading files and adding clients/team members is significantly better.

Also, the client portal will be helpful. They have been very helpful in trying to help us get the software integrated into our business.

I like how the software is very easy to use. I have not been on the team long, but have been able to quickly catch up because of how simple and effortless it can be to run a project.

The Most Useful and Efficient Construction Software.

Don't really have any dislikes. My only complaint is that I waited too long to do the integration between my software programs.

What I like most about the UDA software is that it Is exceptionally easy to use.

We heard that the customer service was good, and even at this early implementation stage, we have found it to be exceptional.

Customer service is crap. Features break down all the time and they are no help at getting them fixed.

I am setting it up to integrate properly with our Quickbooks software through the Socket function, and I really enjoy how the two connect.

If this warning could pop up every time, I wouldn't need to then re-scroll down to the files I just added and delete duplicates.

I really appreciate that effort of developers to make this product PERFECT.

We had fraud on our account so our card was blocked and our account suspended. We called our rep and gave her our new card number and she put us back in business.

Take time to figure out what you need, where you are struggling, and where your current set up is failing you. Try to put a dollar value on that.

I can put in a invoice for a job, and then my other two coworkers can look at it when they have time. Win was super helpful with me yesterday.

Will keep using it and see. If i had to choose something it would be the lack of customizability of the job reporting forms.

I like the integration capabilities with Quickbooks, it's very easy to use. I also really enjoy the estimate templates and cost code set up.

My experience is great due to the product and, in part with the amazing customer service, second to none.

This makes the likelihood of proper use by our guys in the field highly unlikely, which could be worse than if we don't use GamePlan at all.

They're honest and want to build true win win relationships. All my reps have all been fantastic.

The software is easy to use and easy to customize. The total care package is really nice, very impressive,  you won't get disappointed.

It is fine, easy to use, I use it everyday, it has some bugs sometimes but nothing really serious, some features need to improve.

Another feature I like a lot is the Favorites Bar. Spectrum is very broad and the Favorites Bar makes it very easy to quickly assess certain features of Spectrum that are specific to your role.

It's practical, there are a lot of short cuts that can be used like starring your favorite menus items. The reporting options are great.

Nothing has come as close to our needs as Spectrum. The integration between the modules is seamless and the ease of use is refreshing.

Pretty easy to navigate, helpful detailed reports, great info on the viewpoint network to help advance your knowledge.

Very disappointed in the The customer support is HORRIBLE. Long wait times, false information and a huge lack of knowledge in our updated program.

We are either forced to switch to the cloud and pay a significantly higher price each year or miss out on all of the new features of Spectrum.

Customer support is very frustrating and does not provide timely assistance.

The training was poor and there is no manual for using the product. I had to fiscally build a manual that would be user friendly with color codes to assist are staff with the integration.

Overall i really enjoy working with Spectrum. The cost tracking capabilities of the program make my life extremely easier.

The financial reporting available is a wonderful asset to our company.

Love that Spectrum is an all encompassing program for us. We are in the construction / service industry.

It's a negative in that there are so many choices to make, and that some users can get confused if given too many options.

Clunky interface, if you don't know exactly where and how to access a particular tool it can be difficult to determine the pathway.

I would say there are a few things I dislike about the system, but the biggest dislike would probably be the fact that you need to void invoices and invoice numbers to make any kind of change on them.

Integration with Procore was underway and then stopped, so we are trying to find other avenues to get the data from one program to the other without having to do double-entry.

We are paperless and the document imaging is easy to use and functional. Most reports can be downloaded in various formats, which is great.

Difficult at first to navigate. Set and implementation was horrible.

This software is very lax in the HR and reporting department. The report are not dynamic and the features in the payroll and HR modules are weak.

For the amount of money invested; the output and support have been poor.

Payroll Tax reports for state and federal requirements are not available unless you pay for custom reports at a very high premium rate.

Easy to navigate between the tabs. I like that multiple tabs if the same can be opened at the same time.

Unfortunately it is not easy to correct errors when an error occurs. There is a lot of steps to take to correct.

I really like the user friendliness of the program.

The ability to setup template views for inquiry screens and reports is nice as well for having consistency throughout the company. They are also very end user oriented.

Haven't found anything in my use that I don't like yet. I don't do a lot of complicated stuff, so I haven't run into any problems yet.

If you have a strong team with good buy-in you will have success with this software.

Generation of reports can be sometimes a difficult task.

I can't think of any issues at present but initially data conversion was a pain (but what software conversion isn't).

Good for storing public documents for subs to access.

Constant improvement and keeping up with todays technology advances has been something that D&C does very well. Their support team is amazing and a great group of people to work with.

Being hosted on the cloud has been a reliable feature. I enjoy knowing I will be able to process my weekly payroll on time.

All the field tools for civil construction are there, except for the estimating. It will integrate with a lot of the best estimating programs.

If they did not have new problems come up with the updates, there would probably have no faults.
