"Viewpoint is a good system which you can adaptable to your own company needs and with in a project you can add extra adaptions for a Client need."

"The adaptions are great given that most client have different requires for document control/issue."

"Good web-based storage for documents. If used correctly and have buy in from everyone it can be a useful tool."

"Across our business and all suppliers we enforce to use it there is a general disengagement in using the system because of it's cumbersome structure and lack of intuition as found on other DMS systems"
