VirtualBoss Software

VirtualBoss is a cloud-based construction scheduling and project management system used by home builders, general contractors, remodelers and property managers. The solution can also be installed on-premise to schedule tasks and create new jobs.

VirtualBoss enables users to schedule projects by creating tasks, managing contacts and monitoring job progress. Users can also display project progress with Gantt charts, which show whether a project is on track or not. It offers a task manager that allows project managers to email or fax work order, customize field names, assign a task to more than one people and view task list which displays all the jobs.

VirtualBoss provides a drag-and-drop calendar that helps managers to move tasks from one date to another. It also lets users create and edit a job template or duplicate an existing job and its tasks. The solution is priced as a perpetual license based on the number of users. Services are offered via email and phone.
