I would highly recommend Wilbur for claims management. Once configured, the day to day management is straight forward, easy to learn and understand, with a very intuitive user interface. Cons: The range of bespoke reporting outputs is limited, while we can easily access an all data report and use filters, it would be nice to have an option to create bespoke reports for reports we regularly use.
