Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It is a daily used program reliable for studying and entertainment as well. You can mark or highlight your important points easily so it helps you to memorize your key points.
  • A very beautiful, easy and useful application in administrative work and research, responsive and does not have many complications during use.
  • I love that Adobe went to a subscription-based model that has scalability and good back-end administration. Easy deployment and management.
  • Cons

  • The conversion of characters to graphics/images at times can be annoying.
  • Moreover, editing text in the pdf document can be tricky sometimes. I messed up the format and setting while tying to edit text.
  • Sometimes it is so slow that I just make my pdfs in Google Docs. Also sometimes the pdf elements are difficult to edit so I have to go back to Illustrator and redesign it there, then export it again.

  • Pros

  • Our Marketing team is thrilled because all of our proposals are customized with CSS to fit our brand objectives. Also, their support team offers outstanding service if/when you need assistance.
  • The templates, form creation, automatic saving, multiple party automatic signing are all great features. Also it is a reliable software, which is super important for us.
  • I like that PandaDoc not only makes document management easy but also features amazing digital signature capabilities. The software makes workflow management easy also is good in forms automation.
  • Cons

  • Our experience with Pandadoc over the course of the past 18 months has slowly deteriorated. The product has become consistently worse and is now unusable.
  • The enterprise plan is on-demand quote only, through a useless call with the sale team, and probably very expensive (I did not go through there, not time for useless calls).
  • Also, some of the integration fields are mandatory even if you don't have any need for them so you have to really get your brain hamster to improvise and work around that obstacle.
