It has made it possible to perform bookkeeping and accounting processes for clients who are loyal to a QBD version. Customer support has always been very responsive. The only other option in most cases would be to send an accountant or bookkeeper onsite to use their computers instead of working remotely. Cons: Sync for multi-user environment doesn't provide multi-user sync for our accounting team. If we log in, the client multi-user environment is completely locked. Would like the ability to have our accountants access the QBD file without locking out the client-side team. Reasons for choosing Qbox QBox allows collaboration and file sharing without having to log into the client network and without installing an application that would effectively put a hole in our network defenses.
