From setup, to troubleshoots, to software upgrades I have reached out to Qbox support. Every single time they answer quickly, understand what my needs are, and help promptly and efficiently. #### Cons I have had trouble at times getting the file to sync. We are using it with multiple users who work at different time. I believe Qbox with sync when the last person logs out. If no one logs out this won't happen. I can truly say this was arguably the best support experience I have had with a tech company. And if we were ever considering any other software for which CoralTree had a candidate product, we would almost certainly go with CoralTree. #### Cons Only saying this because a "con" is required. It is east to use and if you have a problem, their support is only a phone call away. Support is prompt and quickly resolves issues. Qbox makes it easy to access my Quickbooks Companies from many different locations. It makes it easy to share files with all the accountants my clients use. I also have the peace of mind in knowing that my Quickbooks Company File is stored in their cloud should I run into an issue with my computer. #### Cons I have not yet found a Con with Qbox.
