CDN with PERFECT technical support staff!
We were looking for a CDN partner to swap one of the CDN partners we were using.. We narrowed our choice to CacheFly and one other CDN provider. Our pricing was matched by both of them but friendly and professional approach that CacheFly representative had, simply "bought" us.
PROS- Technical support team - Willingness and effort to custom build a solution that would fit our needs - Fast response times when something is not working as expected
CONSTill now we did not have any negative experiences with CacheFly. I know it souds strange but it is really like that. They are fully business oriented!

They could not match our capacity needs.

Fantastic Service
Sales process was extremely easy, [sensitive content hidden] gave solid reasonable pricing out of the gate and got us on-boarded and answered any questions very quickly. Very quickly in our POC, we found Cachefly's service to be more performant than the other vendors being evaluated. We had an initial traffic performance problem and [sensitive content hidden] stepped in and gave a personal touch to resolving the issue. Amazing customer service.
CONSI haven't found anything to complain about yet and that is unusual for an engineer.
Reason for choosing CacheFly
Service and the people I interacted with above all things, but network performance 2nd. Over the past month of interaction with Cachefly, I've been left with a great impression of the company from anything between sales and the founder. Refreshing to deal with a company like Cachefly.
Reasons for switching to CacheFly
Stackpath is killing off their CDN product. Fastly bombed us with a typical large company sales process that felt like I just got off of a used car sales lot.

A little bit experience after using CacheFly for 3 month
Suitable for static website or static resource content delivery. And great plugin assonate to AWS S3 object storage.
CONSNot easy to use, quite difficult than AWS CloudFront. Service resources may not take effect immediately after configuration. And another drawback is high costing, pricing is too high not only for personal or business.

Our free trail account have restricted functionality and pricing that is contingent on data usage afer 5TB. The more data that is used, the lower the cost with custom plans available for perabyte volume. Paid accounts also come with higher support levels than our free 5TB trails. We offer 1-month free for business users to get full access to features and support. CacheFly CDN is rated #1 for speed by CDNPerf and Cedexis by Citrix. It's ideal for video, podcasting, gaming and high-volume sites designed to entertain, educate, and/or require high throughput. Simple and easy to use
Quick and simple, I didn't even know our old service was shutting down until Cachefly reached out with a month to go. Had they not done that we would have been put into an incredibly tight position.
PROSWe were required to switch to a new CDN as a result of the old one closing their services. I was able to create an account, implement our solution without any support intervention other than them copying our files from the old service to this new service, which was GREATLT appreciated. Being able to 'force' the download of our videos rather than have users stream them is a great use of the bandwidth so that we're not likely to go over our limits.
CONSWe've not been using the service long enough to discover any cons at this point

They were shutting down, and didn't tell anyone... at least they didn't tell us.

Good CDN
Having a local presence everywhere, I get as low as 6ms which is amazing!
CONSI have been using it for a while now but so far I didn't notice anything wrong with the service.
