Pros
- Its been perfect - speedy responses, excellent product that works really well for us and it has helped us increase our number of entries for the awards year on year.
- Has all the features you need in a software programme to support an awards programme - always receive comments from entrants and judges on ease of use. Excellent support provided.
- Award Force ensures that the format of the entry material is consistent and predictable, whilst still allowing the entrants to be as creative as they like with the content of the material.
Cons
- One complaint judges had was that they did not get any sort of confirmation after they completed the reviews that were assigned to them.
- Having to sequentially number the tabs and fields as you have to re-do them if you miss too many when populating.
- From time to time we do pick up on small errors or system glitches that interfere with live judging sessions - this tends to be related to 'system maintenance.
