Support has been wonderful and available.

Overall Kangaroo has been easy to use and support has been excellent. The integration with Lightspeed e-com and pos has worked and now that we have moved our e-com platform to Shopify it is working there as well and also integrates well with Judge.me reviews so that our customers can continue to earn points when they review our products.

The support has been amazing. Very quick to respond and very quick to fix issues or explain technical things easily. Very friendly and always eager to help.

Cons:

I would like to see the beta portal become the only portal to use. There has been some confusion with our staff because some members are using the old portal and some are using the beta.

lightspeed did not work at all and did not have any customer support to fix it.

One notable limitation is the current lack of integration with a wider range of marketing systems to give us more options when choosing. In the meantime, the existing features still provide solid value.

The customer service is top notch. Definitely some of the best customer service I've experienced in business. There were a few hiccups on my end when getting started and the team responded extremely fast and would follow up if they didn't hear from me. The software itself is smooth and easy to use. The dashboard is easy to navigate and has lots of helpful features. The customer facing software is easy for new customers to use and looks great.

A positive attitude from every team member I've worked with and attentiveness to any questions/concerns I've had.

Cons:

I haven't experienced any cons so far. The team has been quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues.

Reasons for choosing Kangaroo

We signed up for both Marsello and TapMango but unfortunately both programs fell short of what we needed. Kangaroo was able to provide a customer facing software that works effortlessly and can be downloaded on our personal iPad, where these other softwares could not. Kangaroo also keeps things simple yet effective and allows for customization whereas the other softwares did not.

Reasons for switching to Kangaroo

After 3yrs with our previous loyalty we needed a sleeker, smoother, and cleaner experience for our dashboard and the customer facing software. Our old software wasn't up to speed with looks or features whereas Kangaroo checked all those boxes for us.

Overall, my experience with Kangaroo has been positive. It has allowed me to accomplish my basic goals, and there has been a solution -- or work-around solution -- to every problem I've had thus far. That said, some additional features and improvements could really take it to the next level. The customer service aspect is already at peak performance!

The Kangaroo platform makes it easy to set up and edit loyalty rewards aspects, such as offers, redemptions, points structure, and more. The reporting that's available is also very useful. Above all else, our Kangaroo contact,\[sensitive content hidden\], has been phenomenal with quick replies and accurate solutions.

Cons:

I wish Kangaroo had inventory management and redemption customizations. For example, the ability for customers to select a t-shirt size and/or color, instead of having a separate product for each variation. There are other small things that could be improved as well, such as (1) adding the option to clear customer points after a certain timeframe, e.g. a year after they acquired said points, (2) showing US zip codes in customer addresses, and (3) the ability to re-order active offers.

Both \[sensitive content hidden\] have been a great help. Even when I get one of them on the chat help box, they are willing to call instead of chat which is going the extra mile. Very attentive customer service and its apparent they want to make sure the program is made how we want it!

Kangaroo handles our dealer reward app. The app itself is easy to use and works well for our customers. For us making changes to the app to suit our specific needs has been easy. The team at Kangaroo are knowledgeable and friendly. They've been great to work with.

Cons:

Some features in the admin section are a little difficult to navigate at first but once you get familiar with it, it works well.

Honestly, the product is user friendly and very customizable. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and available. They come up with solutions and workarounds, making the app very customizable for something that is not custom made. They never make you feel like you are annoying or bothering them.

Cons:

I would like for the app to allow for multiple rewards to be redeemed in one transaction. I would also like the option not to log out automatically after a transaction. The reporting is not the best and some info is divided between the old portal and new.
