Pros/Cons
Pros
- Onboardinginfo new apps is easy because of excellent step by step process. Support is responsive and very helpful.
- The best I had so far with CI services, from software is great and the support team very helpful and responds fast.
- It has a nice style to it and great support for advanced questions turned out to be available at the click of a floating action button.
Cons
- Process of integrating was not always so straightforward, and took each time quite a significant amount of time to set it up, but at the end was worse it.
- Autoprovision step didn't regenerate provision profiles when new device was added and it didn't generate development profile when new capability was added causing build to fail.
- Still a young platform, so things are sometimes a little shaky or slow.
Pros
- Some of the best benefits of github is that they give some great perks to students with Github Student Pack which helps students grow without investing anything.
- It has a Very easy to use platform to help you find the script you need for any project. Tons of great scripts at good prices.
- The overall experience is great. I have been using Github since 10+ years now and the experience is superb.
Cons
- GitHub has been criticized for its user interface, which can be confusing and difficult to use.
- The only thing I personally dislike about GitHub is the merging capabilities and resolving the code conflicts. It becomes a hell sometimes while resolving the conflicts to merge the code.
- Initial setup for beginners can be confusing. Also, the conflict resolver is tricky.
