The UI configuration wizard is one of the coolest thing of the whole system. Also, 1st class Flutter projects support is something I was looking for.

There is no way to easily do a feature request or contact support, since Codemagic pushes users to their Slack community instead of giving a chance to just contact the right person. Also, after using Bitrise for quite some time it feels like Codemagic misses some additional predefined steps for configuration.

Super easy to get everything setup, getting builds, testing and deployment up quickly is worth it.

Our mobile app is the core of our business and I'm very happy I decided to use Codemagic. It simply works, offloads the boring parts of CI/CD and does so while looking great.

I love how easy it was to set up and use. Codemagic did a great job at automating all the time consuming parts of CI/CD, you don't need to scroll pages of documentation to do what you want, just configure it in their nice and intuitive UI.

I would like to have the ability to restart a failed build. It is very rare, but once I had a build fail because of some networking issue while publishing to Google Play Store and it would be nice to have a button for restarting it.

I love the app. I have deployed, run tests for all my projects and applications on Codemagic. It's really fun and simple to setup and use. I would highly recommend it to every mobile developer, especially to the Flutter developers.

It's really simple to use. The UI is super friendly, and anyone can deploy their app without even having a pre-knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps.

I use the app for both Flutter and native iOS(Swift) programs, and pretty much all of my needs are satisfied. However, I'd like if Testmagic was brought back with a feature that allowed installation of .ipa files on iPhone or the iPad.

I haven't seen a great way to create encrypted variables when I want to include them in my codemagic.yml file. I have a work around of setting up a workflow and then exporting it to a codemagic.yml and copy the pieces I need from it

Integrating with Github, natively build and deploy Flutter based mobile apps. Especially the pipelines are super easy to manage. macOS based VM's are a huge plus to streamline our iOS builds. That's something definitely saved a lot of time for my teams. Also, option to share the build artifacts directly using a link is something we use on a day to day basis.

Nothing as of now. We are looking for more team-based controls and static analysis tools.

I'm an Apple platforms developer, and Codemagic, focusing on providing CI/CD service for mobile development, turned out to be the ideal choice. Configuring and setting up my projects were a breeze, thanks to the excellent documentation. I love the visual appeal of the service, and it fulfills all my needs, automates testing and deployment to the App Store in the quickest time possible.

I haven't come across any cons as of yet. Sometimes, it takes time to load the project to test, otherwise no issues.

As with any other product, perhaps the most important aspect is whether it solves a problem or not. In our case, we were looking for a CI/CD platform to build and deliver our Flutter applications. Codemagic was among the very few available at that time and, as soon as we started using it, we stopped searching. Not only it solved our problem, but it helped us do it effectively and efficiently. Not to mention the generous free tier and the excellent documentation and guides/blog posts such as the ones describing how to handle Firebase configuration files safely. Moreover, we have seen Codemagic grow into a more mature and comprehensive platform including support for more frameworks and monorepos (again, excellent blog post about them).

I am having a really hard time finding any issues. Of course, there are some things you have to get used to such as workflows and where to find certain settings, but overall Codemagic really does well what it's supposed to do.

I can't understand why are you charging for seats. Is it not only the build minutes that matter? What's the point of charge for another seat? For me it's only an inconvenience.

Flexibility. For example, we use a monorepo, so every time backend changes are pushed, a new build start, and that's not good.

We started with no idea about CI/CD at all. In 2 days we managed to set up a holistic CI/CD pipeline without writings a single line of yaml. Codemagic docs is all I needed to get started.

Codemagic is easy to use. Documentation is well written and easy to understand. Integration with our existing infrastructure was smooth and quick.

Some minor issues, like when I connect new repository into codemagic it was not fetching codemagic.yaml and I needed to refresh and try to add it again.

Nevercode is definitely the best CI that I've used for Android development. The setup literally took seconds and it's incredibly easy to configure. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. The best is that Android UI tests run on Genymotion emulators and therefore are super fast and reliable.

I love the simplicity of the service. It focusses on the features that I really need and has a very clean user interface. Another huge selling point for me is that NeverCode runs Android UI tests run on Genymotion emulators.

The best feature of codemagic is the ability to deploay apps to ios without owning a mac. Moreover one can simply create a tag in gitlab and the rest is completely automated
