Pros
- The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
Cons
- The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
Pros
- The customization tool is simple and allows you to create stunning templates with little effort.
- I like the fact that is does streamline our ability to close sales leads. I see an improvement of over 10.
Cons
- None of this is unique to the problem they are trying to solve. It's no different than signing a doc with Adobe or some other application.
- I don't think of anything major that could be a disturbance or any bad effect of this particular product on my workflow.
