Happy CFO customer

I've been highly impressed with everyone that I've met. They are highly responsive, get to know your business and truly partner with us.

PROS

When evaluating options to streamline our contract management processes, we were pleased to find an option that is built to integrate with our CRM (Bullhorn). We have been able to consolidate document management from several disparate systems into one robust, searchable database. In addition, as someone who reviews and redlines contracts, the attribute feature, clause library, and ability to store multiple versions was extremely helpful and enable collaboration across multiple users.

CONS

Overall very satisfied. There are some use cases that we were not able to eliminate Docusign completely from. Implementation took a bit more time than anticipated, but is mainly tied to PM and we had a strong PM take over and drive the implementation very successfully.

Reasons for switching to IntelAgree

Additional features beyond electronic/digital signature. We were not able to completely get rid of docusign however due to some use case limitations.

Simplifying Contract Management

As a company operating in the transportation and logistics industry, every transaction we engage in, whether it involves customers or vendors, is based on a contractual agreement. With hundreds of thousands of contracts spanning across multiple divisions, managing them without a contract management platform can be highly challenging and costly. However, the IntelAgree platform has transformed our operations, enabling us to enhance organization and streamline our revenue and yield management processes effectively.

PROS

The Reminder feature in IntelAgree has been instrumental in keeping our contract management team on track when it comes to contract renewals and implementing price increases for our customers. The ability to send reminders to our team via email is a fantastic feature that ensures important tasks are not overlooked.

CONS

As our organization was new to using a contract management platform, initially, it was challenging for us to fully grasp and understand all the features that IntelAgree had to offer. The abundance of options seemed overwhelming at first. However, we quickly adapted and familiarized ourselves with the platform, gaining proficiency in its functionality.

Interactive and very helpful contract management tool

With IntelAgree we are able to have an integral contract management tool, where we are able to store all the different versions, setting up and receiving reminders, being able to do searches for relevant clauses or elements of the different agreements uploaded into the system, relationship trees with other related agreements, and authorizations, all of which are critical for our inhouse legal department.

PROS

IntelAgree is more than a contract repository, it's an integral contract management tool, which contains many valuable features, especially its AI machine learning development, as well as being able to store all the different versions, setting up and receiving reminders, being able to do searches for relevant clauses or elements of the different agreements uploaded into the system, relationship trees with other related agreements, and authorizations, all of which are critical for our inhouse legal department. Another very helpful and important feature is the clause library, it makes drafting agreements very easy. We also love IntelAgree's look and appeal, its very clean and modern and easy to navigate.

CONS

The migration because it takes a lot of time to have all the agreements fully uploaded with the correct data, and we have to dedicate a lot of time and resources to ensure that the data being tracked by the attributes is correct and has been validated.

IntelAgree - There are many out there like it, but this is the one we like

Absolutely a pleasure, and I can be a tough customer :)

PROS

It is a tie between the ease of use/variability of set up for taste, as well as the support given to you after launch. I cannot emphasize how impressed I was with the support given. I thought that I'd be given some sort of ticket system, and only interact with it for bugs and likely end up disappointed and frustrated. Sure, there are times when that happens, but it always gets resolved or addressed. But when you make a developer "wish list," then see them release an update addressing that wish a quarter later, you can't help but feel like you're being heard. I also can't tell you how impressive it is to ask for direct support with a meeting, have the head of their department take part of the meeting, watch you go through the examples of bugs and requests, then in that same day get an email stating your issue is fixed because they had their team address it immediately. Not to mention the fact that they scheduled a follow up meeting because we didn't get to address everything I wanted. It is stellar support, and in this day it is easy to become cynical expecting subpar support and lip service, but they've surprised me time and time again.

CONS

The item I liked least is an item that was brought up in both our tickets as well as the follow up meetings with the development team with a showing of effort to hear my concern and address it in a future release if possible. With the system they've built, you as a reviewer must "tag" attributes found within the contract - some are found via AI (although with this your mileage may vary), and most you'll find manually while reading the contract. In our version I've created and try to identify nearly 300 attributes for our approvers and future users. Once complete with the initial review, we download the copy and provide redlines. This prompts a reupload to track the different versions, but it also prompts a re-read of the contract for changes. With the re-read, you'll have to re-verify all the attributes you've tagged previously, and if any of the attributes changed their verbiage you'll actually have to find it and tag/verify it again - this can be a pain point for attributes with several fragments, or if you can't recall which attribute was "untagged". We figured out a workaround by downloading the Executive Summary prior to reuploading the document to have a historical collection of the attributes, but this has pitfalls in itself. The team is working at a viable solution to ease this point, and with their history of improvements I have no doubt they will surprise me yet again!

Reason for choosing IntelAgree

The approval and review process is ultimately what won us over, as initially we were only searching for a repository but the scope changed to needing an approval process. To its credit, if it weren't for needing this addition of scope, we were close to going with Contract Wrangler as it offered similar services as a repository. Now having been with IntelAgree for over a year I can say that I'd still go with IntelAgree if we only needed it for a repository, as their structure for document organization is extremely impressive (just with the Party Explorer alone).

User efficiencies and reduced contract turnaround times achieved!

PROS

Efficiencies drafting initial contracts through the template and form features, and extremely efficient electronic signature process.

CONS

Inability to make minor modifications to contract drafts directly within the platform. Inability for Users to generate signature profiles for outside parties to sign contracts at the initiation stage (i.e. input 3rd party signor's name, title, email address).

Great product for our business!

PROS

Integration was fairly seamless, and the platform makes it easy for our team to generate, sign, store and search/report on contracts.

CONS

The only item is integration with our applicant tracking system.

PROS

The contract comparison tool has been one of the most impactful and time-saving features that IntelAgree offers. Along with an easy to use e-signature tool and a contract repository, IntelAgree has fit seamlessly into our legal operations and we couldn't be happier.
