  • Pros

  • Our company loves using PandaDoc to impress our clients with great proposals in a fast and effective manner. We will continue to license the product moving forward.
  • Our Marketing team is thrilled because all of our proposals are customized with CSS to fit our brand objectives. Also, their support team offers outstanding service if/when you need assistance.
  • The ease with which to make a quick proposal and connect it to a payment solution like Stripe or PayPal helps me close deals faster, and also receive deposits sooner.
  • Cons

  • Our experience with Pandadoc over the course of the past 18 months has slowly deteriorated. The product has become consistently worse and is now unusable.
  • The enterprise plan is on-demand quote only, through a useless call with the sale team, and probably very expensive (I did not go through there, not time for useless calls).
  • Also, some of the integration fields are mandatory even if you don't have any need for them so you have to really get your brain hamster to improvise and work around that obstacle.

  • We are new to the software, but the staff is easy to reach (via email or chat) and the support is great. We synchronize into QBO and it is working beautifully.
  • On top of all of that, the customer service I've received has been outstanding. Their team is not only dedicated to the customer, but dedicated to improving the entire service.
  • It's also great that everyone can use the same software, from the marketing team, to the production team, and it's super easy to stick to a budget.
  • Cons

  • Too many errors after implementation of the software. Select a department when starting the request but the individual line item dropdown menus show another department.
  • I can't think of anything that bothers me much.
  • I really liked it at first but now as we come across more problems I'm really getting concerned. Why are there problems now nearly a year into implementation.
