Pros:

It is so documented to developer to develop any communication tool through API, I like the preview sandbox which enables you to test the product before you Lauch it

Cons:

It does not synchronize automatically, anytime you make a change to the application, you need to republish so changes can take effect and, telegram bot does not respond faster than other social media platforms

Pros:

O intents ajudam bastante a automatizar o fluxo e mapear as intenções com menor índice de erros de respostas. A facilidade de implantação e o conjunto geral de soluções propostas é bem amplo.

Cons:

O suporte é apenas em inglês e russo. A triagem do bot para iniciar o suporte humano é gigante. Os retornos do suporte são bastantes demorados (semanas) e normalmente são apenas mais perguntas e não a solução. Há instabilidades com frequências, em média 3 a 6 dias por mês, algumas vezes é necessário desligar o bot por dias. Não há aprendizado de máquina por leitura de histórico e misteriosamente o bot responde os clientes em russo às vezes. As respostas são um pouco demoradas (2 a 3 segundos).
