Pros
- Easy to use, very comprehensive SMS marketing channel. Best part is the customer support and success team - ready to help you out 24*7.
- They are always looking for ways to improve and best assist those who are using it, I greatly appreciate that.
- The entire team performs above and beyond, they care about their client's success and they work relentlessly to help us achieve our goals, with a big smile on their face.
Cons
- It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
- I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.
- The only thing that is a bit difficult is making edits to your main campaigns.
Pros
- It seems like they are favored in terms of integrations with popular software so that is a plus. Overall I like the feel of the style on the template library and deliberately was perfect each time.
- Best of all is the truly responsive customer service. Sarah was particularly helpful and accommodating when I really needed her help.
- If your business thrives from email traffic then I definitely recommend upgrading to the highest-paid tier account: Premier to gain the best results.
Cons
- As such, lists often run into negative numbers after I delete them.
- The custom HTML email editing is a pain, you can't actually edit the HTML in the platform, so you've got to constantly upload, test, and re-upload changes.
- I was hoping to be able to jump right in with little to no instruction, but there are a few nuances that I was unaware of in terms of HTML code.
