Pros
- We are very happy with Attentive. It's a strong revenue-driving channel for our business and I cannot say enough good things about the customer support team.
- The support team was amazing in helping get me set up and we immediately saw an enormous improvement in our SMS program.
- Overall has been a great addition to our marketing and have seen great results. Automated workflows like Abandon cart are showing the best results.
Cons
- It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
- I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.
- The only thing that is a bit difficult is making edits to your main campaigns.
Pros
- It's straightforward to use, has a clean and responsive design, and with great templates and reporting tools, you can manage your campaigns at any single point of development.
- But I also like Worldview, it's amazing. I also really like the reports, they are so easy to navigate and give deeper insights than I saw with other ESPs.
- Campaign Monitor by Marigold is a reliable and perfect solution for proper marketing automation. I like the efficiency of Campaign Monitor by Marigold.
Cons
- As such, lists often run into negative numbers after I delete them.
- The custom HTML email editing is a pain, you can't actually edit the HTML in the platform, so you've got to constantly upload, test, and re-upload changes.
- I was hoping to be able to jump right in with little to no instruction, but there are a few nuances that I was unaware of in terms of HTML code.
