  • Easy to use, very comprehensive SMS marketing channel. Best part is the customer support and success team - ready to help you out 24*7.
  • They are always looking for ways to improve and best assist those who are using it, I greatly appreciate that.
  • The entire team performs above and beyond, they care about their client's success and they work relentlessly to help us achieve our goals, with a big smile on their face.
  • Cons

  • It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
  • I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.
  • The only thing that is a bit difficult is making edits to your main campaigns.

  • I also like how easy it is to see the success indicators all rolled up into one space. The ability to A/B test and the like is simple to set up.
  • Also, they have pretty good ways to teach you about the fundamentals of the product. I've been using it for only a couple of weeks, but it seems well worth ​the money and useful.
  • I love the ease of use and the organization Marketo uses, I also love how it is now integrated with so many Adobe services.
  • Cons

  • Their API is very weak and limited. Lack of integration options and lack of support.
  • Marketo has been frustrating to use after using other marketing automation tools on the market.
  • How can you put a future price increase in a one year contract. Only an idiot would sign this and when pointed out to their "customer service" people, they didn't get the issue.
