  • Pros

  • They are always looking for ways to improve and best assist those who are using it, I greatly appreciate that.
  • We are very happy with Attentive. It's a strong revenue-driving channel for our business and I cannot say enough good things about the customer support team.
  • Easy to use, very comprehensive SMS marketing channel. Best part is the customer support and success team - ready to help you out 24*7.
  • Cons

  • It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
  • I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.
  • The only thing that is a bit difficult is making edits to your main campaigns.

  • Ability to send follow ups at ease. I love being able to send a Thank you to all customers in one text and it go out automated.
  • I have been using PB for almost 2 years now and it has been a game changer. I love the automation features and i love that i am building quality relationships with my customers.
  • Project Broadcast helps me to plan ahead by prescheduling important reminders, recognition, etc. It helps me to create valuable connectivity to my team and customers.
  • Cons

  • When a text is rejected, we don't exactly know why or can't pull up the entire text to see if its a verbiage problem or not.
  • Messages don’t always go through because cell phone companies make errors in their updates.
  • I feel it’s a bit difficult to learn how to set up keywords and automated responses.
