  • Pros

  • We are very happy with Attentive. It's a strong revenue-driving channel for our business and I cannot say enough good things about the customer support team.
  • The support team was amazing in helping get me set up and we immediately saw an enormous improvement in our SMS program.
  • Overall has been a great addition to our marketing and have seen great results. Automated workflows like Abandon cart are showing the best results.
  • Cons

  • It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
  • I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.
  • The only thing that is a bit difficult is making edits to your main campaigns.

  • I like how reliable it is compared to other softwares I have used. The delivered rate is better and when carriers block numbers, the customer support is there to help.
  • Super easy to use, reasonable pricing for Small businesses, great & quick customer service, and awesome features like bday list as well as automatic conditions that allow you to customize lists.
  • They are very responsive and offer a reliable texting platform. Jessica is a great customer rep.
  • Cons

  • I dislike the fact that I loose my rollover text messages if I don't use them over a period of time.
  • Customers may get tired of texts that they forget they can opt out of. The company could give a reminder that it is an option.
  • The employee said (direct quote) “I’m not talking to you about this and there’s no management for you to talk to.
