  • Pros

  • The ability to acquire new customers through IG Swipe Up. The ability to integrate segments/lists from Klaviyo—our email marketing platform.
  • I truly do not have enough great things to say about Attentive and I have recommended it to many of my colleagues in Marketing.
  • Cons

  • It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
  • I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.

  • Ability to store and manage all of our needed contacts, group messaging, great reports, API integration, excellent customer service.
  • The communication between guests is always quick and we get it to our computers so it is awesome that we have that feature.
  • Cons

  • It also is very difficult to keep track when we get 30 different people messaging daily but we are working on figuring it out.
  • Having to pay extra for more users, we are a multi-branch business and having to pay extra for more users is a downfall.
