I truly do not have enough great things to say about Attentive and I have recommended it to many of my colleagues in Marketing.

It's user-friendly, effective, and customer support/account management has always been excellent.

Great platform, easy to use and customer service is exceptional. Training sessions and webinars are some of the best I've been to.

Not only is the product great, easy to use, and bringing in incremental revenue for the business, but the Customer Support and access to trainings, webinars, etc. is incredibly valuable.

Easy to use, very comprehensive SMS marketing channel. Best part is the customer support and success team - ready to help you out 24*7.

Need stronger integration with other products, such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp - it's very hard to segment SMS and emails separately. Opt-in pop-ups lack many settings and controls we need.

It's so easy to split test messages, unlike our previous provider. They also have a weekly call with us where we discuss best practices, improvements we can make, or integrations we may want to use.

While very feature-rich, there are still things missing.

I love how easy it is to use and they make it user friendly even for the beginners of beginners.

The ease of deploying campaigns and analytics post-launch is fantastic. I really enjoy the UI and support.

I also love the Customer Support. Whenever I have a question, I get answers very quickly and always in contact with someone that is happy to help.

Getting set up was super easy with GTM and existing integration with my email provider. The interface is extremely simple to use to create messages as well as track metrics.

They are always looking for ways to improve and best assist those who are using it, I greatly appreciate that.

Zingle is great and happy that we have it. It provides options when a customer is not checking their email and we need urgent response.

Ability to store and manage all of our needed contacts, group messaging,  great reports, API integration, excellent customer service.

I highly recommend this app if you are searching for the best ways to keep in touch with your clients however I personally think It could be better for the price you pay.

The communication between guests is always quick and we get it to our computers so it is awesome that we have that feature.

It also is very difficult to keep track when we get 30 different people messaging daily but we are working on figuring it out.

We were searching for an easy way to provide another meaningful touch point on our customer service delivery.

To be able to get to guest's requests faster. Guest's are impressed by this service that we can provide as a hotel and I enjoy how we send guests a welcome text after they have been checked in.

Their insistence on us paying for the full year up front should have been a warning. Their service is unreliable has lots of glitches.

What I like most about this software is the ability to quickly send text messages to customers.
