First support ticket: 5th of July 2023 - Via Live Chat you asked about the Pro Trial, specifically "my dashboard shows that I am subscribed to the monthly plan and will be charged every 30 days. Is this correct?" On which we replied: "To recap, $99 is a lifetime deal. It also comes with a free Pro trial for 30 days (unless you opt out of it) which converts to $49 a month if not canceled." 3.) Your Refund request: 8th of August 2024 There are 37 days between the purchase date and the refund request date (38 if you include the end date), which is outside of the 30-day guarantee.
