Pros/Cons
Pros
- We are impressed with the customer service. As a small company we value a partnership where we can have access to help when needed and a product that is effective and easy to use.
- The best thing about it is the pricing. Yes, there are other services out there, but Emotive's pricing is so good that I recommend it every time over any of their competitors.
- I love that the SMS marketing tool is designed to send text without being too abrupt and salesy but more like a text from your friend. Love how easy it is to use the tool.
Cons
- Ok to start, terrible to finish. If I were to do this all over again, I would choose another service.
- False lead generation and misleading contracts.
- For me its the character count, with a limited about of characters sometimes it can be very hard to get a message across to the customer.
Pros
- It does what we hope it will do and the MMS format is wonderful for setting out reminders and announcements with a graphic.
- The ease of use is what I like most. The ability to reach those who might be otherwise unreachable.
- The ease of use for training less technical people on how to buy keywords is excellent. The API is great to work with as well.
Cons
- There is limited customer support. There was increase risk of spam.
- Getting an accidental block back in the system so they receive texts.
- Very poor interaction several times over a period of years, including via other businesses I have worked with.
