Great support team too. 5 It was awesome because they helped get us a nice tax credit, which more than paid for the service they provide. They taught us so much about R&D credits. We actually use their suggestions when doing our books now. Now, with just a few clicks, we can apply for new credits every year. We are a a tech company, and after going through the online questionnaire, and following up with the support team at Neo.Tax, we determined my company was eligible for a decent sized tax credit, which they helped me apply for. They also offer an app that connects to our Quickbooks Online, which makes reviewing our books easier (for R&D credits). Cons: I didn't find any real flaws with the software, but even if I was confused at certain parts, I always got excellent support from Neo.Tax CS team. I let them know the changes and they got everything updated, walked me through what I needed to do and voila!
