It is very easy to award a fellow employee and nominate them, as well as very easy to search in the rewards section. It is broken out very well. #### Cons Honestly, I do not have any significant issues with AwardCo. The only thing that I would say I like the least is that some of the prices on AwardCo are more expensive that the price for the item if i searched it not through AwardCo. I am not sure if that is the intent or not, but it was just an observation.
