The Customer Service / Support personnel that I've interacted with via the Live Chat have been wonderful - very professional, courteous, quickly available, and always answer my questions.

It is very user friendly and displays the awards very nicely. Employees have been very happy with this new program.

I have used points before. But it’s hard to earn points because management is frugal with spending them.

I hate doing surveys and being asked to report.

We have yet to receive complaints, on our team anyway.

I like having a place to recognize fellow co-workers. I like the Amazon integration with our company gear included.

Also, my boss has the ability to do that same for me in my role. It's easy to use and I love that it's connected to Amazon as there is a fulfillment center right down the street from me.

A few errors with that we come across sometimes when feeding the system with company's data.

Sprout is great for sharing social information across all of your platforms. They have a great starter plan, as well as plans for bigger agencies.

Super easy to use dashboard, it's the best feature of using sprout. Lets you post on all the social media's from one page, has a real time analytics.

Its a great app and its working out perfect for me. Its easy to keep tab of all activities and challenges.

Sprout is very easy to use and has a fair amount of bells and whistles for the cost. I really like the tasks tab, as it has helped us create a much more integrated community management process too.

The terminology is confusing, ie: challenges/groups/events etc. I get lost in menus trying to find what Im looking for.

It has a nice interface and is very intuitive to use. You can track your stats very in a very easy and friendly UI.

Sometimes notifications take a bit longer to pop up with in the platform. Making for a lag delayed response times.

If you are planning to start the working week with bulk message downloads, Sprout will greatly disappoint you: you can add only one message at a time.

It is very easy to use, you can analyze the data of social networks and it is excellent to organize the projection of each social network.

One very positive has been our ability to quickly understand what menu items or even eating trends our customers were interested in or even in one case avoiding.

Overall, the software is a good start in monitoring and working with social media content. It’s quite nice that you can draft everything there and not have to worry about posting things the day of.

I was very into Sprout when I first got it and very happy with it. I am still happy with it, but do not use it quite as often as I would like.

Sometimes ran into errors syncing accounts to sprout and it is a significant cost bump to use the premier features.

I like that it gets people motivation other people to be healthy and keep moving or being active. I like that its easy to use.
