Pros/Cons
Pros
- It is so easy to use and fun to look at all the different items. There are tons to pick from and great prices.
- Also, my boss has the ability to do that same for me in my role. It's easy to use and I love that it's connected to Amazon as there is a fulfillment center right down the street from me.
- I like the fact that I can have all my employees rewards and recognition needs in one platform. I highly recommend Awardco to all business owners and employers.
Cons
- There are very limited dislikes about awardco - I would definitely add more options to choose from especially when it comes to amazon products.
- I hate doing surveys and being asked to report.
- A few errors with that we come across sometimes when feeding the system with company's data.
Pros
- For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.
- Creation of boards is easy and helps us to be more organized in all projects and task. Trello enables us to see who is responsible for a particular task and it's reporting is excellent.
- I love that there is so much free with Trello, I also like the flexibility to set trello up however you want to, it is very easy to use.
Cons
- Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.
- I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.
- Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.
